How do I get my club on Raqet?
Email us at hello@getraqet.com. We'll set up your club profile, add your courts, configure your pricing, and walk you through onboarding your members. Setup takes less than a day.
Which plan is right for my club?
Starter is free — 1 court, 30 members, 100 bookings/month. Growth (₦49,000/month) gives you unlimited bookings, courts, and members, plus open games and IPR tracking. Pro (₦175,000/month) adds tournaments, coaching management, and advanced analytics. Elite is custom-priced for multi-facility operators.
Can I run tournaments on any plan?
Tournaments are available on the Pro plan. If you're on Starter or Growth and want to run a one-off event, contact us and we can discuss options.
How does payment collection work?
Raqet uses Paystack to process payments. Court booking fees are collected upfront when members book. Split payments let each player pay their own share directly. Funds are settled to your club's Paystack account.
Can multiple admins manage the club?
Yes. Starter includes 1 admin seat, Growth includes 3, and Pro includes unlimited admin seats. Admins can manage bookings, view payments, and run tournaments.
What if I'm already using spreadsheets or another system?
We'll help you migrate. Most clubs are fully set up within a day. There's no data import requirement — you start fresh on Raqet and your members register through the app.

How do I book a court?
Open the Raqet app, browse available slots at your club, pick your date and time, and confirm. You'll receive an instant booking confirmation.
How does split payment work?
When you book, you can add up to 3 co-players. Each player receives their own payment link and pays their share directly — no one person needs to front the full amount.
What is IPR rating?
IPR is a 1.0–7.0 scale that tracks your competitive level. It updates automatically after every rated match on Raqet — no manual entry needed.
Do I need a membership to book a court?
It depends on your club's settings. Some clubs allow guest bookings; others require membership. Check with your club or contact us for details.
How do I join a tournament?
Your club will publish upcoming tournaments in the app. You can register directly, pay the entry fee, and see your bracket and schedule once registration closes.
Is the Raqet app free?
The app is free to download. You pay for court bookings and tournament entry fees set by your club. Membership fees, if any, are also set by your club.
